2. Application Purpose Our applications are strictly intended for internal business use to facilitate the automated transfer and publication of educational content, software engineering tutorials, and related media to our authorized platforms.

3. Use of Services The services must not be used for unauthorized access, data scraping, or any illegal activities. The application leverages third-party APIs (such as TikTok for Developers) and complies with their respective developer terms.

4. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
